At My Everyday Essentials, we aim to offer a smooth shopping experience. This policy explains the conditions, charges, and process for returns, refunds, and exchanges.


By placing an order on our platform, you agree to the terms mentioned below.





1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS / EXCHANGES



Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:


  • Product received is damaged
  • Product received is defective
  • Product received is incorrect / not as described
  • Missing parts or accessories



Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, unless otherwise mentioned on the product page.





2. NON-RETURNABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS



The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or defective:


  • Personal care & hygiene products
  • Health & wellness items
  • Mattresses, pillows, bedding (once opened/used)
  • Clearance or discounted products
  • Customized or made-to-order items






3. EXCHANGE POLICY (IMPORTANT)



  • All approved exchanges are subject to a 20% deduction of the product value or reward points.
  • Exchange is allowed only once per order.
  • Exchange is subject to product availability.
  • Logistics for exchange may be customer-managed unless stated otherwise.






4. RETURN & REFUND POLICY (IMPORTANT)



  • For approved returns, a 20% return handling charge will be deducted from the product value.
  • The maximum deduction is capped at ₹500 per order.
  • This charge covers logistics, quality checks, and processing costs.



👉 No return charges will apply if the product is:


  • Damaged in transit
  • Defective
  • Incorrectly delivered

on approval through mail






5. CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS



Returned products must:


  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories
  • Be securely packed to avoid transit damage



Returns failing quality checks may be rejected.





6. REFUND PROCESS & TIMELINE



  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes inspection.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Timeline:
    • Prepaid orders: 5–10 business days
    • COD orders: Bank transfer (customer must share details)






7. SHIPPING & LOGISTICS



  • Return pickup or self-shipping will be communicated after approval.
  • My Everyday Essentials does not guarantee reverse pickup for all products.
  • Shipping delays caused by courier partners are beyond our control.






8. CANCELLATION POLICY



  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed and return policy will apply.






9. WARRANTY CLAIMS



  • Warranty is provided directly by the brand/manufacturer.
  • Customers must contact the brand’s authorized service center.
  • My Everyday Essentials does not handle warranty replacements or repairs.






10. MISUSE & FRAUD PREVENTION



  • Repeated or abusive return behavior may lead to account suspension.
  • The company reserves the right to refuse future returns.






11. FINAL DECISION



All decisions regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges made by My Everyday Essentials shall be final and binding.
